Ricotta Board

1. Spread 1 cup of ricotta on a wooden or marble board.

2. Top with 1/2 cup of chopped sweet, heirloom tomatoes.

3. Drizzle with 1/4 cup EVOO

4. A pinch of Maldon salt, 1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes, and 1/2 tsp of oregano.

5. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy with a beautiful ciabatta, baguette, or focaccia!
