One of my favorite got to, quick, and healthy lunches.
@bibigousa mini chicken and cilantro wontons with a 6 minute egg, veggies and a sesame and chili garlic sauce. Soooo good! Ready in 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 BOWL
-19 wontons (only 300 calories)
-1 six minutes boiled egg
-1 cup stramed broccoli
-1/2 cup shredded carrot
-1.5 Tbsp soya sauce
-1 tsp rice vinegar
-1 tsp toasted sesame oil
-1/4 tsp chili garlic sauce
METHOD
1. Boil wontons for 5 minutes and drain well. I place them on a paper towel for a couple of minutes after draining
2. Place in a bowl with veggies and egg
3. Mix all ingredients for the dressing and pour all over the wontons and veggies.
