White Wine, Butter, And Garlic Shrimp

Updated: Dec 5, 2021

This delicious, easy dish, literally takes minutes to cook! Serve with lots of bread to sop up all the flavorful juices!

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

šŸ¦1 Lbs shrimp (shell on)

šŸ¦1/4 cup butter

šŸ¦1/4 cup white wine

šŸ¦Drizzle of good EVOO

šŸ¦3 minced garlic cloves

šŸ¦Fresh parlsey

šŸ¦Chili pepper flakes (optional)

šŸ¦Fresh lemons

šŸ¦Dill (optional)

šŸ¦Lots of crusty bread (NOT OPTIONAL)

METHOD

I used shrimp with their shells on because they make the broth more flavourful and the shrimp retains all the moisture, but you can use shrimp without the shells. Melt the butter in a hot pan on high without letting it brown. Add the shrimp, garlic and chili pepper, cook for 15 seconds (depending of the size of the shrimp) add the white wine. Toss the shrimp the whole time so they don't overcook while the alcohol evaporates, add salt and fresh minced parlsey. Drizzle with EVOO and serve with fresh lemon and bread!
