These cookies are delicious! Buttery, not too sweet, crunchy, but tender and melt in your mouth, everything you want from a shortbread cookie! Perfect with an Earl Gray tea or served with crème bruleè or panna cotta.

INGREDIENTS
💜225 g of room temp. unsalted butter(best quality you can find)
💜80 g icing sugar
💜300 g A.P. flour
💜1/4 tsp salt
💜4 g culinary lavender
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add flour, salt,
and lavender.
Mix by hand or mixer, on low until crumbly. Finish mixing with your hands until it forms a ball.
Roll with a rolling pin to 1/3 of an inch thick. Cut in desired shapes and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until just golden around the edges. Cool on a rack and enjoy! Buon Appetito Amici!💜☕🍪
