I have wrestled with the weight of this word. Honestly, I am not a Bible scholar or an expert by any means. I am simply a willing vessel, obedient to the voice of the Lord. What I share comes from prayer, from the dreams and revelations, He has given me, and from the stirring of His Spirit. This word is not my usual encouragement or exhortation, it is sobering, heavy, and carries the weight of warning. Yet even in its severity, it also carries comfort for those who will hear, repent, and draw near to God. Receive it prayerfully: it is meant to awaken, to warn, and to comfort those who will draw near to Him.
When Blood Hails from Heaven: Judgment Falls, the Bride Awakens
How the Shedding of Charlie Kirk’s Blood Ignites Judgment and Awakens a Generation
Yesterday I wrote a post saying that from the morning of September 10th the Lord has been speaking to me about Charlie Kirk’s death and its significance and that He gave me two dreams. Well, this morning He gave me a third. Here are the dreams and their meanings:
Dream 1: The Gavel (September 7, 2025)
In the first dream I saw the hand of God holding a gavel. He slammed it down on a lectern, and His voice thundered in Italian: “Aggiudicato!” , “Awarded.” It is the word an auctioneer announces when a winning bid is declared before the final bang of the gavel. The Lord was both declaring judgment and awarding favor and protection to those who have been “bidding,” offering themselves more and more as living sacrifices for His Kingdom.
Dream 2: The Hail of Blood (September 10, 2025)
On the morning of Charlie’s murder, I dreamt that I was at home when suddenly it began to hail. The hail was the size of pomegranates, but it wasn’t ice. It was frozen blood. Red, falling from heaven like a hailstorm of blood. I then found myself in a car, driven by my son Gabriel, with my grandson Daniel in the back seat. I was on the passenger side and I immediately knew an apocalyptic thing was happening. I was terrified and I kept telling Gabriel to be careful. All around us cars were crashing, people were screaming and dying, yet our car was not touched by the hail or by other vehicles. We were shielded. When I woke up, at first I told my husband and my son about it without giving it full attention, but later the Lord revealed its connection to Charlie’s death.
The hail in The Bible always signifies judgment, and the fact that we were spared is exactly the pattern of the plague of hail that fell on Egypt, but those in Goshen were spared. That plague was unprecedented in severity, yet God's mercy protected His own in Goshen. The picture in my dream was the same truth: calamity will fall, but God will protect His own.
Exodus 9:24-26 (ESV)
There was hail and fire flashing continually in the midst of the hail, very heavy hail, such as had never been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. The hail struck down everything that was in the field in all the land of Egypt, both man and beast. And the hail struck down every plant of the field and broke every tree of the field. Only in the land of Goshen, where the people of Israel were, was there no hail.
Dream 3: The File 1313 (September 12, 2025)
Today, September 12, I had a third dream. I saw a man dressed in black, wearing a black baseball cap and black sunglasses, and I knew in the dream that he was Charlie’s killer. He was holding a file under his arm and the number on the file was 1313. When I woke I understood immediately that the Lord had taken me to Isaiah 13:13.
Isaiah 13 is the prophecy against Babylon, declaring God’s judgment on pride, arrogance, and the violence of nations. The chapter paints a picture of the Lord gathering His consecrated ones, summoning a mighty army from the ends of the earth to execute His judgment. It describes a day of terror and trembling, where human strength fails, creation itself groans, and the proud are brought low.
The key climax comes in verse 13:
“Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place, at the wrath of the Lord of hosts in the day of his fierce anger.”
This reveals that God’s judgment is not small or hidden, it shakes both heaven and earth. His response to sin, arrogance, and bloodshed is cosmic in scale. What Babylon thought was secure will be shaken. What the enemy meant for domination will turn into devastation under God’s fierce anger. Verse 13 underscores that the shedding of innocent blood, the silencing of voices, and the arrogance of powers will not go unanswered. God is mustering His own army, awakening His Bride, and shaking the earth to establish His justice.
This man’s action, which resulted in the shedding of Charlie’s innocent blood, has opened a kairos window that will both amplify the magnitude of God’s judgment and intensify the fire that has been ignited in the Bride and the youth of America! Not because Charlie is more important than other martyrs who have been killed, but because of his influence, his impact, and the fact that it was broadcast to the entire world. His blood is the fuel of revival! The killer didn’t know it, but he was carrying his own judgement against himself! WOW!
Why this will be a turning point. My travail and the Lord’s answer
On the morning I first heard Charlie had been shot, when I saw the video of him struck in the neck and the blood gushing out like a fountain, my spirit went into travail. My heart broke; my spirit was crushed by the weight of injustice. An innocent young man, with his life ahead of him, struck down like an animal at the slaughter. I felt a holy, righteous anger rise and the words came up from the depths of my soul in a groan-declaration:
“God, let his blood cry out to You from the earth as Abel’s did when he was slain by his brother! Bring justice and judgment on those who spilled his innocent blood!”
The words hung in the air like a thick cloud; I knew they did not come from me but through me. The Spirit of God spoke through me and released a war cry.
Then the Lord said:
“Rosangela, these dreams are pieces of a puzzle and this is the story they tell: I am bringing judgment upon the earth because of all the innocent blood that has been shed. The hail of blood you saw represents the blood of My people shed for My name. That blood cries out, and I will answer.
"Just as I once sent hail upon Egypt and spared My people in Goshen, so I will now send judgments. I will send natural disasters, calamities, and pestilence! Yet My people will be protected by my angelic army (Gabriel, ‘God is my strength’) and Me as your Judge (Daniel, ‘God Is my Judge’)."
“The gavel you saw is My hand. It brings judgment, but it also awards favor, blessing, and protection to those who have been ‘bidding,’ offering themselves more and more, for My Kingdom.
Like Charlie, many have given their lives in faithful service. His death is a catalyst, akin to Martin Luther King Jr.’s death. Just as his death fueled righteous anger then, Charlie’s death will ignite a fire in the youth and awaken My Bride to declare war upon the enemy’s camp, today! I am raising up an army, and I will be its General."
"The enemy thought he silenced a voice; he only multiplied My cause. Their blood will not be wasted, it will be fuel for awakening and for judgment. This is a major turning point in the way the church fights in the spirit! Stay close to Me, be obedient, be vigilant, consecrate yourselves to Me so that my protection will be upon you! Arise, My Bride! You are clothed for war for such a time as this!”
Why This Will Ignite The Youth
History shows that when a prophetic leader or courageous voice is violently silenced, the loss often multiplies the movement.
Martin Luther King Jr.’s assassination in 1968 provoked national grief, unrest, and actions that pushed forward certain legislative and social shifts; it became a crucible that mobilized people, especially young people, into deeper activism and sacrifice. The pattern is clear: martyrdom magnifies mission and mobilizes a generation.
Here are the direct parallels The Lord showed me between Dr. King’s death and what will come from Charlie’s death:
1. Martyrdom magnifies the mission. A leader silenced by violence proves how dangerous and effective their message was. When a leader dies in that way, it cements their message into the conscience of a generation.
2. An awakening of the youth. King’s death stirred young people into activism; so too, Charlie’s death will awaken a generation that felt censored, shamed, or silenced, and they will rise with courage.
3. A spotlight on freedom of speech. King’s death exposed injustices of race; the killing of a voice today highlights the fragility of speech and the cost of being silenced, igniting warriors.
4. The power of legacy. King left students and leaders to carry forward his mission. So did Charlie. Those he discipled and inspired will step up and sustain the movement.
5. The Church’s fire. King moved through the Black church; Charlie’s influence among young believers and conservative networks will press the modern Church into fiercer spiritual engagement and warfare.
In one sentence: what the enemy intended to silence will become the megaphone that inflames a generation. This blood will serve as proof that the voice mattered, and youth will rise to take up that mantle.
Why Blood Speaks and Why God Cannot Ignore It
In Genesis 4:8–10, after Cain killed Abel, God said:
“What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to Me from the ground.”
When God says Abel’s blood cried out, three Hebrew words give us deeper insight:
1. Qōl (קול) – “voice”
Pronunciation: kohl
Phonetic: kole
Meaning: aloud, bleating, crackling, cry out, fame, noise, proclamation, thunder, war cry
Usage: conveys a loud, powerful, attention-demanding sound; sometimes like a trumpet or war cry, calling heaven to act.
2. Tsāaq (צָעַק) – “cry out”
Meaning: at all, call together, cry out, summon, gather selves together, appeal
Usage: a desperate, faith-filled petition that moves the heart of God.
Word origin: a primitive root portraying urgent, persistent, life-or-death calling.
3. Dam (דָּם) – “blood”
Blood is inseparably linked to life. Scripture says:
“For the life of the flesh is in the blood” (Leviticus 17:11).
Shedding blood is tantamount to taking life (Genesis 9:4–6). Blood is not just a biological fluid; it is the God-given essence of living beings.
To violate blood is to violate life, which belongs to God. To protect blood is to honor the Creator’s ownership of life.
Together, Dam (blood), Qol (voice), and Tsāaq (cry out) describe blood crying out with force and urgency. The spilled blood, calls heaven’s attention, summoning God’s justice and protection.
It’s not a quiet whisper, it’s a divine, spiritual alarm that moves His heart and unleashes His judgment.
This is why Charlie Kirk’s innocent blood, shed violently before the world, cannot be ignored by God. It is crying out with the voice of a war cry, opening a kairos window for judgment, awakening the Bride, and stirring the youth into righteous action.
What is God getting ready to do:
Hail (בָּרָד, barad) – A weapon of judgment
In Exodus 9, hail devastated Egypt but spared Israel in Goshen. It speaks of unprecedented calamity and God’s discriminating mercy.
• Strong (חָזָק, chazaq) – Severe, mighty, violent. God’s judgments are strong, unstoppable, and beyond human power.
• Tremble (רָגַז, ragaz) & Shake (רָעַשׁ, raash) – Violent quaking of heaven and earth when God intervenes.
• Wrath (עֶבְרָה, ebrah) – Not mere emotion, but divine anger breaking forth in action, bringing consequences.
• Hosts (צָבָא, tsaba) – God’s organized, unstoppable armies, heavenly, earthly, and angelic — summoned to accomplish His will.
• Day (יוֹם, yom) – God’s appointed time in history. The “Day of the Lord” is not random; it is a divinely ordered moment of judgment and deliverance.
The Judgment of Babylon
Isaiah 13:1-13 ESV
1 The oracle concerning Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz saw.
2 On a bare hill raise a signal;
cry aloud to them;
wave the hand for them to enter
the gates of the nobles.
3 I myself have commanded my consecrated ones,
and have summoned my mighty men to execute my anger,
my proudly exulting ones.
4 The sound of a tumult is on the mountains
as of a great multitude!
The sound of an uproar of kingdoms,
of nations gathering together!
The Lord of hosts is mustering
a host for battle.
5 They come from a distant land,
from the end of the heavens,
the Lord and the weapons of his indignation,
to destroy the whole land.
6 Wail, for the day of the Lord is near;
as destruction from the Almighty it will come!
7 Therefore all hands will be feeble,
and every human heart will melt.
8 They will be dismayed:
pangs and agony will seize them;
they will be in anguish like a woman in labor.
They will look aghast at one another;
their faces will be aflame.
9 Behold, the day of the Lord comes,
cruel, with wrath and fierce anger,
to make the land a desolation
and to destroy its sinners from it.
10 For the stars of the heavens and their constellations
will not give their light;
the sun will be dark at its rising,
and the moon will not shed its light.
11 I will punish the world for its evil,
and the wicked for their iniquity;
I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant,
and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless.
12 I will make people more rare than fine gold,
and mankind than the gold of Ophir.
13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble,
and the earth will be shaken out of its place,
at the wrath of the Lord of hosts
in the day of his fierce anger.
What God is ultimately saying about this event and the dreams, and what the Church should do:
He is sending judgment as a result of the innocent shedding of blood. He expects His Church to awaken, to begin to fight in the Spirit, and to be bold in declaring truth! Charlie was an example to follow and emulate. His coming is near, and we are done playing church! Rise up and fight! Fight for the innocent, fight for your rights, and fight for the Kingdom of God!
There is no escaping judgment for those who are against God. Repent! Fall on your knees and cry out to Him! The blood of the faithful calls heaven’s attention, and now is the time to act boldly in the Spirit.
Arise, My Bride! You were chosen for such a time as this!
