Prepare for a Changing of the Guard: Heaven Is Releasing Destiny Scrolls

Prepare for a changing of the guard. Prepare for new assignments. Prepare to be relocated, shifted, and MANDATED.

Official orders are coming directly from the courtroom of Heaven.

On June 26, I had a dream in which I saw the hand of God, the Judge, handing a scroll to an angel. Then I heard Him say, "I am releasing scrolls." As I asked Him to elaborate, He replied, "I am releasing destiny scrolls."

A mandate is an authoritative command, commission, or assignment given by one who has the authority to do so. These are not self-appointed callings or personal ambitions. They are divine commissions issued by the King of kings to those He has prepared for such a time as this.

I heard the Lord say:

"These destiny scrolls are prepared for those who have been waiting, those I have chosen for such a time as this. I am releasing new mandates. I am releasing My instructions through dreams, visions, prophetic words, and rhema words. I will connect you to the right people and open doors that were previously shut.

During the first half of this year, I submitted you to a purification process. I separated you from everything and everyone that was not conducive to this next season. I emptied you of unrighteousness, unforgiveness, unrepentance, bitterness, pride, and resentment so that I could fill you with new wine for the second half of this year.

Pay close attention to your dreams. Listen to the gentle promptings of My Spirit. Be sensitive to the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit, for I will be speaking to you and directing your steps in the midst of the chaos around you.

You keep asking Me, 'Where do I go, Lord? Which way should I turn? Which door should I enter?' I tell you: sit at My feet, and you will find the answer to every one of those questions. From intimacy comes clarity. From My presence comes your next assignment. From abiding in Me comes the faith to step into it and the anointing to bring it to completion.

I am sending My angels to aid you as you walk in obedience. These scrolls contain not only My instructions and My blueprints, but also a map. This map includes every turn along the journey. Even when you take a wrong turn or lose your way, I have already accounted for it. Do not fear, My child. Just as I redirected Jonah, restored David after his failures, and fulfilled My purposes despite their mistakes, I will also redirect you so that you fulfill every assignment I have written for you.

Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew you. Before your days began, they were written before Me. I have not forgotten what I wrote concerning you. Now I am unveiling what has been hidden in its appointed time.

Therefore, be expectant. Be ready. Be vigilant. Put on your armor daily and gird up your loins, for as you wait upon Me, I will renew your strength. I will empower you with supernatural wisdom, power, discernment, and clarity to run the race I have set before you."

Psalm 139 reminds us that all our days were written before one of them came to be, and Scripture repeatedly points to God's foreknowledge and His purposes for our lives. The imagery of heavenly scrolls reflects the reality that God has prepared works, assignments, and seasons for His children, revealing them progressively as we walk with Him.

People of God, I believe Heaven is releasing fresh assignments. The question is not whether God is speaking—it is whether we are close enough to hear Him.

Draw near. Listen carefully. Your next assignment may already be waiting.

31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

In the scroll of the book it is written of me.

8 I delight to do Your will, O my God,

And Your law is within my heart.”
