I AM BRINGING NEW WINE OUT OF YOU, SO YOU CAN RUN THE NEW RACE AHEAD OF YOU

On Sunday morning at church we sang the song "NEW WINE" and I couldn't contain my tears.

The presence of God fell powerfully upon me, and I fell on my knees, trembling under the power of The Holy Spirit. I knew He was telling me through that song that, what I have been feeling, and going through was just that: He's bringing NEW WINE out of me, to equip me for the new, accelerated season ahead of me!

I had heard and sang that song dozens of times, but Sunday morning, I felt it. I felt every single word of that song. It was as if my soul was singing to its Creator. Laying everything down at the altar once again, accepting His will, welcoming the crushing, saying:" Yes Lord! Your will not mine! I surrender into Your loving hands!"

Just as Jesus in the Gethsemane, surrendered Himself, and His will to The Father.

Gethsemane means "Oil Press".

We have all been in our own "Gethsemane" some of us are in it right now.

If the fruit doesn't go through the press, it will never produce the precious liquid that is on the inside of it. It will fall off the tree or the vine, and rot, it will never fulfill its intended purpose, its HIGHEST CALLING!

MATTHEW 26:36-39

36 Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, “Sit here while I go and pray over there.” 37 And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. 38 Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.”

39 He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.”

The purpose of the crushing is to bring out NEW WINE out of us.

New wine represents, new power, the miraculous, new anointing, new revelation, new freedom, new season, new move of God, new harvest, new strength.

It is so precious because it is produced at a great cost!

Its value is inestimable!

Every drop represents a "yes" to God and a "no" to the flesh!

Its scent cannot be discerned by men, because it is reserved for God alone!

Only God, and who goes through the "Gethsemane" knows the significance and value of the NEW WINE!

It is a necessary process. You won't be able to fulfill your destiny, and carry the anointing without the NEW WINE!

It is a process that involves two, you and God.

You expell through pressure, He extracts with love; you ooze, He harvests.

You give birth to the new, and He is right there assisting you.

There is no greater feeling than coming out of the press! No greater feeling after a long, painful labor, than to give birth!

But we welcome the pressure, we welcome the crushing, because it is making us more like Jesus!

If Jesus had to go through betrayal, disappointment, temptation, rejection and pain to fulfill His destiny, don't you think we will have to as well??!!

Don't fight or resist the pressure, you are coming out of your Gethsemane! This month of May is the beginning of the NEW SEASON, for which you will need the NEW WINE.

He Has equipped you with power, strength and authority to accomplish the new tasks ahead of you.

We will finish this year with so much more than we started it with!!
